The thINK Plaza community also focuses on in-house specialty printing departments and staff that work in companies in other industries.

Panel Membership

Certain community members will be invited to participate in the thINK Plaza expert panel. Invitations are extended during, or after, registration for community membership. Information supplied during the thINK Plaza expert panel registration process will be used to establish qualifications to participate in individual panel surveys. The surveys are intended to provide market research and insight to help manufacturers and suppliers of specialty printing equipment with product planning and development and marketing planning. Individual survey responses will not be provided to third parties. Only aggregate thINK Plaza expert panel findings will be provided.

The primary qualification criteria for participating in the thINK Plaza expert panel are:
  • Working in any capacity in one of the industries or roles listed above in the section entitled Community.
  • Working in an establishment that operates specialty printing equipment.
The following types of printing equipment are considered to be specialty printing equipment for purposes of extending invitations to participate in the thINK community expert panel:
  • Mail addressing printers
  • CD/DVD surface printers
  • Package coding printers
  • Postage meters
  • Barcode printers

In order to maintain membership in the thINK Plaza expert panel, panel members are required to complete surveys periodically. Requirements for expert panel participation are set by thINK Plaza administrators, and membership on the panel can be extended or revoked at the sole discretion of thINK Plaza administrators.
