DocuMatch® prints personalized documents and matching envelopes, adds preprinted sheets, accumulates and folds this material, adds a BRE (business reply envelope), inserts the complete mailpiece, and seals the envelope. DocuMatch® also automatically personalizes each piece to boost response rates and improve customer relationships.
When integrated with our SmartMailer™ Addressing Software, DocuMatch® transfers documents from the PC screen and transforms them into finished, customized, correctly addressed presorted and barcoded mail pieces at rates of up to 900 pieces per hour. SmartMailer™ also purges duplicate addresses to reduce waste and postage costs.
